Nestled in the picturesque Wairarapa Valley, Gateway Motor Inn is the perfect venue for intimate weddings through to 120 guests. Offering an indoor and/or outdoor area for that special ceremony site or pre dinner drinks area.
The reception room provides ambient decor, open fire, indoor/outdoor flow, dance floor, inhouse music system, full kitchen and bar facilities available. Choose your own caterer who can work out of our well appointed in-house kitchen or alternatively we can arrange catering to your specifications.

Conferences
The venue offers two areas suitable for conferences. Smaller conferences can be held in the Polo Lounge while larger presentations can be accommodated in the Derby Room.
The Derby Room can seat approximately 140 people.
Whether it be a small strategic planning meeting, staff training, product showcasing, large presentations or client
functions we can provide the ideal area.
